The completion of the $60 million seven-storey development – The German Centre – next year is expected to see the further strengthening of relations between the two traditional trading countries of Germany and the UAE, and encourage the relocation of existing major German companies and government agencies under one roof.

Lintec, the Germany-based mixing plant manufacturer, has over the past eight years, produced containerised mixing plants, which have been in great demand in the Middle East. A number of companies in the UAE are already using the mixing plants for high-value projects.

Streif Baulogistik’s  debut at the recently-concluded Intersec – the biggest security industry exhibition in the Middle East – has allowed it to exhibit its products and expertise to the region, and also develop promising contacts, says a spokesman for the company.
