Gulf Holding Company (GHC) has launched the $450 million Villamar at the Harbour, claimed to be Bahrain’s most advanced and exclusive residential complex yet, at the Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH).






United Development Company (UDC), owner and developer of the Pearl-Qatar project – the multi-billion-dollar offshore island and one of the largest real estate developments in Qatar - is set to open a new hi-tech sales and marketing centre on site by the end of this year.






MAF Investments-Bahrain has awarded the BD128 million ($339 million) main contract for the BD200 million Bahrain City Center to Cebarco-WCT at a recent signing ceremony.
