The Big 5 Preview

The Middle East Drymix Mortar Association (Medma) will hold its opening conference and inauguration ceremony at the Big 5 Show this year.






Construction Products Association (CPA), which has once again been appointed by UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) as the official accredited trade organiser, will lead a contingent of British firms eager to do business with the Middle East.

The Big 5 show that will open at the end of this month looks poised to break the records set at last year’s event, which saw not only the biggest ever show in the event’s long history, but an all-time high number of exhibitors and visitors.






Buoyed by the response it received at the Big 5 show last year, Saudi-based pre-engineered steel buildings (PEBs) manufacturer Zamil Steel intends to repeat its success this year at the event as its intensifying its forays into the regional and global markets.






Sharjah-based specialist manufacturer and supplier Classic Metallic Sheet Factory (CMSF) will be making its debut at the Big 5 show to promote its image as a one-stop shop for a wide range of quality industrial fasteners, engineering steel, hardware and tools products to companies in the Middle East and abroad.






Having opened a new regional office in Dubai following a successful launch at the Big 5 last year, the UK-based IT solutions provider RedSky IT returns to this year’s trade show with even greater optimism and with a plan to launch two new industry software solutions during the event.
