The first quarter of next year will see a major new landmark rising in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah when the Dh7 billion ($1.9 billion) Emirates Flag project gets under way. The project is being developed by High Rise Real Estate in association with the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone Authority, Dream Industrial Park, and A&A Investment Group.






Work on the first phase of the La Hoya Bay development, an $800 million luxury freehold waterfront apartment complex in Ras Al Khaimah, was scheduled to start last month (October), following the award of a construction contract.






Leading property developer Snasco has launched what is claimed to be the first mixed-use industrial development in Sharjah.






Mabani Steel, a new start-up manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings (PEBs), is currently building a campus in Ras Al Khaimah on a 125,000 sq m site that will include a head office and factory administration buildings, three factory units and three camp buildings.
