3M Gulf has granted a licence to the Riyadh-based Saudi Factory for Fire Equipments Company (SFFECO) to produce the 3M Aqueous Film Forming Foam (3M AFFF).SFFECO, a major fire-fighting products manufacturer in the Kingdom, has its plant in Riyadh's New Industrial City.






Work on the headquarters building for the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (Apicorp) is on target for completion by April 25, 2000, reports Engineer Ramzi Abu Chakra, project manager with Saudi Binladin Group-Special Buildings Department, Rush Project Division (RPD), the main contractor.
