Saudi Build 2010

THERE has been a remarkable increase in interest in Saudi Build this year against a backdrop of a buoyant construction sector in Saudi Arabia, according to the event’s organiser.

DOKA is launching a “unique, ready-to-use” service in the Middle East that will help clients save time and money by using its pre-assembled formwork. The formwork expert will debut this service at Saudi Build 2010, while showcasing its latest and proven formwork solutions.






GLOBAL Source Trading Establishment will seek to raise awareness about new technologies such as plastic welding at Saudi Build, where the company hopes to also seal new business ties.






HESS Group, a regular exhibitor at Saudi Build since 2004, is back at the leading construction event this year encouraged by the positive response and its good sales performance at previous shows. The German major, which manufactures machinery and equipment for the concrete processing industry, will promote its entire portfolio at the event.






HUME Cemboard Industries (HCI), a leading manufacturer of cellulose fibre-reinforced cement boards, is back after three years at Saudi Build this year in a bid to boost brand awareness in the Saudi market.






LIGHTWEIGHT Construction Company (LCC Siporex), a regular exhibitor at Saudi Build, will be promoting its unique autoclaved aerated lightweight concrete (Siporex) when it joins the show this year.






SAUDI Ceramic Company will showcase its entire range of 2011 new products at this year’s Saudi Build exhibition, which according to its chief executive officer is an ideal gathering for striking sales deals.






SAUDI Vetonit Company (Saveto), which marks three decades of operations next year, is on a course of growth, building new plants in Dammam and Jordan, launching new products and expanding its production capacity.






SAUDI-based Space Structures Company, which specialises in the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of space-frame structures according to the ME-SSP system, is focusing on promoting the benefits of the system in Saudi Arabia as well as around the world.

AL KAABI for Testing Equipment, one of the main sources for construction materials testing equipment in Saudi Arabia, will be making a debut appearance at this year’s Saudi Build exhibition next month.






IT WAS positive response from visitors at last year’s Saudi Build, good sales and the good coordination ability of the event management that has prompted Al Zahra Factory to come back again to the event this year, says the company’s general manager, Mohammed Assal.

L’LBENAE Fonon Contracting is returning to Saudi Build this year with yet another launch – the second part of a guide to the construction of residential villas, authored by its general manager, Maid Ibrahim Al Mohaimmeed. Part Two of ‘Stages of Building Residential Villas’ will be a special edition on finishing works of residential villas.
