GULFBID, the annual exhibition for the Northern Gulf’s construction industry, will be the biggest and most comprehensive yet following confirmation that Hall One of the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC) is now sold out.






GLASSTECH Industries, the largest glass processing facility in Bahrain and one of the largest factories in the region at 23,000 sq m – with a glass processing capability of over one million sq m per year – will be coming to gulfBID next month to drive its sales even further in the region.






FOLLOWING its successful participation at last year’s gulfBID, Arepro returns this year hoping to repeat its performance while targeting new clientele. “We received a pretty good response last year and even won some deals. We are looking for new markets this year,” says Thomas Mathew, the company’s marketing manager.






WHEN it makes its debut appearance at this year’s gulfInteriors, Almoayyed Furnishing is hoping to grab the attention of a wide audience of visitors including interior designers, property managers and developers, architects, and key decision-makers in both the construction and property industries at the exhibition.






BAHRAIN’S Gulf Markets International (GMI) returns on a high note to gulfBID this year after having received a considerable boost to its business following its participation at last year’s show.






AL MANARATAIN Company and Ali Al Shaab Group (Al Manaratain) will be making its maiden appearance at gulfBID this year, prompted by the success of the 2012 event.






BLUE Zone Interiors is returning to gulfInteriors following its success in winning a couple of deals and gaining new contacts at last year’s show. “We participated last year with Tamkeen support. It was very beneficial,” says Mohammed Al Nashaba of the company. Through gulfInteriors, the company intends to target the wider GCC market.






AHMED Mansoor Al Aali (AMA), one of Bahrain’s premier business groups, has taken up two stands at this gulfBID to showcase its prowess in both the contracting and trucks businesses.






WITH over five decades of experience in the local market, Bahrain-based Al Bait is a well-known name among specifiers and consultants. However, its participation at gulfBID last year presented the lighting solutions provider with an opportunity to interact with end-users, according to Rajendra Venkatesh Kamath, sales and administration manager.






FAKHRO Properties will be participating in gulfBID for the first time, where it will be putting the spotlight on a patented product that has received good response from the market.






AS IT gears up to spread its wings to Saudi Arabia next month, Bahrain-based Delta Industrial Supplies Company is returning to gulfBID to make good use of the opportunity to showcase its wide range of industrial supplies, products and services directly to its target audience.






BAHRAIN-based Hassan Ebrahim Bukamal (Bukamal) will be making its debut at gulfBID to showcase a range of products that address the increasing demand of holistic building solutions, especially with regard to green technology, smart buildings and home automation.






AWAL Refrigeration and Air Conditioning will be making its maiden appearance at gulfBID this year with a wide range of products that it has lined up especially for the event.






AS IT gears up to take its expertise westwards into Saudi Arabia this year, Murano Design and Build (Murano DB) is hopeful of achieving a better response at this year’s gulfBID, following a “moderately successful” participation last year.






GulfBID provides an ideal platform to showcase to a large audience under one roof, and it is this opportunity that Neptune Technical and Trading Establishment intends to capitalise on when it returns to the show for the third time since 2010.
