Leading developer Meraas says work is progressing well on its Dubai Arena project with the active-lit façade already completed and the elegantly-panelled structure now fully installed.

Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) has signed up Nass Contracting and Al Hassanain Company as the main contractors for Phase One of its BD3-million ($8 million) beachfront development Bilaj Al Jazayer, located in the west of the kingdom.

The raft foundation for Tower C of Aykon City, a four-million-sq-ft development centrally located between Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Water Canal, has been completed, according to Damac, its developer.

Imkan, a leading UAE developer, says primary construction works of the $540-million waterfront Makers District in Abu Dhabi will be tendered in the first quarter of 2019.  Located on Reem Island, construction is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020.
