Aspirational residents of Dubai will be looking to soaring the skies and living in some of the most lavish homes, judging by the latest news from the emirate that has been hitting headlines globally.






Dubai’s ambitions to launch air mobility solutions to cover the city took a step forward last month with HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, having given his approval for the design of a station for the aerial taxis.






Post pandemic, throughout 2022, the GCC saw many new developments come to fruition and new projects being announced. This year is already showing a focus on tourism mega-projects as well as super-luxury residential and mixed-use developments.






Damac, one of the pioneers in branded luxury residences in this region, is currently developing seven branded residential projects in Dubai that represent partnerships with renowned international fashion designers and jewellery houses.






Ultra-luxurious supercar maker Pagani Automobili’s first branded residences worldwide are expected to be handed over to their owners by the end of this year at the visually striking DaVinci Tower in Dubai.






Work on the iconic mixed-use development One Za’abeel is in the final stages in preparation for its grand opening this year, according to its developer Ithra Dubai.
