A series of futuristic, lifecycle net-negative carbon commercial towers boasting the region’s first ‘experiential sensory design façade’ are earmarked to be built in the Middle East. Based on the Forbes International Tower concept, the 55-storey towers are planned for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Façade work is currently in progress on the 64-storey Wasl Tower, which is set to be one of the world’s tallest buildings to use ceramic fins as a renewable means to achieve energy efficiency.
