Bader Trading Company, which undertook insulation and waterproofing works for the Seef Tower, claims to have pioneered the use of polyurethane foam insulation in Bahrain. Established in 1983, Bader is today a leading insulation and waterproofing contractor and enjoys the confidence of its customers.

Saudi-based Zamil Glass Industries (ZGI) supplied 4,400 sq m of double glazing for the curtain-wall and 330 sq m of Heat Mirror skylight glazing for the Seef Tower, according to Glenn Bautista of Spacetech Building Systems, the company's Bahrain representative.

A new prestigious commercial building in the rapidly-developing Seef District is set for completion this month. Rising above the other buildings in the area, the 17-storey Seef Tower offers office space, a five-star restaurant on the top floor and large retail units on the ground level.

The Seef Tower is among the latest projects that Sayyar Trading Agencies has supplied to from its extensive and expanding product portfolio.
