A major sand washing plant in Qatar, designed and engineered for Qatar Primary Materials Company (QPMC) by wet processing solutions provider CDE nearly 20 years ago, is completing upgrades to maximise productivity after processing 70 million tonnes of sand to date.

Mobile crushing and screening equipment maker Finlay has launched its C-1550+ tracked cone crusher, which is claimed to offer increased production and efficiency for the surface ore mining and aggregate industries.

Finland-based machinery manufacturer Metso is introducing three next-generation cone crushers, HP600e, HP800e and HP900e, to its Nordberg HPe series. The units maintain the trusted HPe features while extending the series to larger crushing capacities for both aggregates production and high-demand mining applications.
