Aecom, a leading global infrastructure leader, has been awarded the project management consultancy and engineering contract by Shomoul Holding Company for Phase Two of The Avenues-Riyadh, a transformative mixed-use development in North Riyadh City. This follows the successful delivery of Phase One of the project which comprises a shopping mall.






Saudi-based First Avenue for Real Estate Development has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Al Shati Real Estate Fund to deliver a mixed-use project in Jeddah, covering an area of 15,619 sq m.  The company stated that the entire development is scheduled for completion within a three-year period.
