Atlas Copco is providing portable air power for a major high-rise project in the UAE. An Atlas Copco XA 125 portable compressor is supplying air power during construction of what is expected to be Dubai's second tallest tower.

Leading construction equipment supplier INMA (Gulf Development and Construction) this year marks three decades of active service to the construction sector. "Continuously growing over the years, INMA has completed 30 years and is still going strong," says a spokesman for the Dubai-based company.

Ingersoll-Rand (IR) Portable Power has extended its Platinum range of portable compressors with the new 7/51 model which completes the series. Replacing the P180 compressor, the 7/51 introduces a new external package design and produces a free air delivery of 5.0 cu m/min at a rated operating pressure of 7.0 bar.
