Saudi Arabian Amantit Group said its Indian joint venture has won a contract worth SR82.5 million ($22 million) to supply underground fuel storage tanks for India's Reliance Industries Limited. The contract calls for the supply of 5,000 glass reinforced plastic (GRP) tanks.






The American construction giant, Bechtel, is looking for Saudi partners for reconstruction projects in post-war Iraq. Bechtel executives recently held a meeting with the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CSCCI) to explore Saudi companies' participation.






Al Khobar-based Gaweea International Establishment has clinched orders on behalf of its principal AVK-Saudi Valves Company from contractors working on the Qatif downstream projects. The orders for ductile iron valves were placed by the four main contractors on the Saudi Aramco project.
