MUSHRIF Trading and Contracting, one of the leading civil construction companies in the region, has won a civil works contract for the expansion of Mina Abdullah Refinery in Kuwait.
The KD4.26-million ($14.46 million) contract was awarded by BV-Kuwait, a consultant of leading engineering and construction company Fluor Corporation, said Mushrif. Under the agreement, the Kuwaiti firm will carry out the civil works at the refinery and will complete it in about 14 months, it added.
Earlier, Mushrif had received a contract worth KD2.6 million ($8.9 million) from Kuwait’s Ministry of Public Works.
