Date set for second Euro Auctions Dubai event

01 December 2017

After a successful first event that saw 500 lots sold, Euro Auctions, a global auctioneer of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery, has announced a second auction in Dubai, which will be held on December 11.

Commenting on the event, Jonnie Keys, Euro Auctions commercial manager, said: “We were delighted with the support we received for our first sale and since then we have been extremely pleased with the level of interest shown for this upcoming sale. Due to the success of the first sale, we have seen more and more consigners coming on board, placing their trust in us to get a fair price for their equipment.”

He expected the second sale to be even bigger and better than the first with a wider range of equipment available, including some great examples of low hours and unused equipment, with more countries involved in buying and selling.

The event will auction off new and used construction equipment and machinery from major brands including Komatsu, Caterpillar, Doosan, Hitachi and Volvo. The key lots comprise a growing selection of excavators of all sizes, mobile cranes, various types of loaders, rollers, access platforms and a good selection of unused jeeps as well as other associated equipment and smaller items such as generators, compressors and unused pressure washers.

Following the recent acquisition of a 91,000-sq-m site in the Jebel Ali Free Zone that includes a purpose-built auction complex, Euro Auctions is establishing itself as a major player in the equipment market across the GCC region. The company hosts over 60 auctions a year and specialises in off-site sales, providing access to quality used equipment somewhere around the globe each week so buyers and sellers can now sell or acquire what they need with relative ease.

Euro Auctions and its partners are also preparing for the mega auction in Florida, the US, from February 13 to 17 where they expect to feature 10,000 lots across five days. Further details are available on Euro Auctions’ website at www.euroauctions.com.
