Ellington’s DT1 tower to be ready by mid-2019
Ellington, a Dubai-based boutique property development company, is making significant progress with its high-end tower project, DT1, coming up in Downtown Dubai featuring studios, one-, two-, three-bedroom apartment and penthouses.
Ellington said DT1 was its seventh residential project, thus adding to its real estate portfolio in Dubai.
DT1 in Downtown Dubai is designed to offer residents tailor-made luxury in one of Dubai’s most iconic locations. It covers approximately 20,000 sq m and rises to a height of 76 m.
DT1’s design and architecture have already won several awards including ‘Best Residential High-Rise’ at the ‘Middle East Architect Awards’ and ‘Best Architecture – Multiple Residence’ at the ‘Arabian Property Awards’.
Sleek and contemporary, the building looks remarkable from all standpoints due to its sheer glass cladding, says the developer.
“The development is thoughtfully constructed with intelligent design and optimal use of space. Crucially, DT1 boasts a variety of living options that include large four-bedroom penthouses occupying the topmost floors and for further variety, studios, one, two and three bedrooms are available to meet every expectation,” says a company spokesman.
Integral to DT1 is the meticulous attention given to details in its construction, he adds.
