S&T unveils Muscat seafront project

Oman-based S&T Investment Holding has unveiled a new mixed-use seafront development, offering over 25,000 sq m of leasing space for commercial, business, retail and F&B (food and beverages) outlets.
Water-Front, located in the diplomatic district of Muscat, brings together five storeys of quality work, leisure and entertainment facilities to Oman in a stunning landscape, said the developer. It will offer state-of-the-art public spaces that meet the city’s standards for public realm design, connecting the building and external seating areas to treelined walkways, landscaped squares and public beaches.
The ground floor will boast a double-sided mall with restaurant outlets on either end. The upper three levels will be leased to commercial establishments as office space, it added.
Waqas Al Adawi, the vice-chairman of S&T Group, said: “Water-Front is our first iconic development which will serve as a catalyst for the re-emergence of the Shatti District.”
