Azizi awards contracts for key Meydan Avenue projects

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has awarded contracts worth Dh102 million ($27.6 million) to Tasmeem Building Contracting (TBCI) for the construction of key projects within its Meydan Avenue development.

The new projects at Meydan Avenue consist of three low-rise buildings located along the Meydan Road leading to the Meydan Hotel and Meydan Racecourse and Grandstand that offer character living within the new and upcoming vibrant Meydan Avenue community.

The three individual complexes – Azizi Gardens, Azizi Park Avenue, and Azizi Greenfield – comprise a total of 242 one- and two-bedroom apartments surrounded by open green spaces, including landscaped areas, parks, gardens and a waterfront feature that gives an aesthetic appeal.

Chairman Mirwais Azizi says the company is currently working on developing more than 200 projects.

“Azizi Gardens Azizi Greenfield and Azizi Park Avenue are a true reflection of our commitment to providing the best community living experience and to creating urban neighborhoods. These projects also have distinctive features that use natural elements as we continue to support Dubai in its commitment to sustainable developments,” he notes.

The trio is Azizi’s third development in the Meydan master development, following the Azizi Riviera and Azizi Victoria projects in Meydan One and MBR City – District 7.
