Al Ali Construction & Development, which is based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has been appointed as main contractor to undertake the construction, infrastructure and landscape work of the Dh500-million ($136 million) Marbella Villas project by the developer, RAK Properties.

Situated in the prestigious Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah, Marbella Villas consists of 205 contemporary designed villas and townhouses facing a serene ocean front. The villas on the property – offered in a wide choice of two- and three-bedroom townhouses, four- and five-bedroom villas and one prime eight-bedroom VIP villa –  are expected to be an amalgamation of traditional and modern design and feature luxury rooms in a comfortable and tranquil surrounding.

The mixed-use property provides access to several leisure and entertainment facilities located around Angel Bay. In addition, residents can enjoy access to a leisure clubhouse with two outdoor pools, two gyms, a multi-purpose hall and café, landscaped areas with comfortable seating and a play area for children.

Al Ali Construction is currently involved in the construction of a number of projects in Ras Al Khaimah, including two hospitality ventures at Al Marjan Island, namely the Movenpick Resort Hotel  and the Hampton by Hilton; as well as one hotel at Mina Al Arab, Intercontinental Resort Hotel.
