UAE property developer Emaar has launched its new ‘Creek Edge’ residential project located on the northern tip of Creek Island, which forms part of its 6-sq-km Dubai Creek Harbour mega-development.
Creek Edge comprises two towers of 40 and 20 storeys, with 560 apartments and a limited collection of waterfront duplex townhouses on the podium level, located near the premium luxury Address Harbour Point hotel. Its location by the waterfront assures residents panoramic views of the creek while its close proximity to the central park offers the whole family a range of outdoor activities. Customers can choose from one- to three-bedroom apartments.
With a focus on verticality and terraced stepping, Creek Edge’s architecture supports an overall vision of community living by weaving the promenade to the podium landscape through cascading planters.
The terraced stepping of the towers, high ceilings and large windows maximise the views for residents. The interiors offer a minimalist approach and the use of neutral colours creates a welcoming interior when mixed with warm textures such as wooden elements, metal and stone, says Emaar.
With its focus on ‘leisure, play and recreation’, Creek Edge has several amenities including a gym, multipurpose room, outdoor children’s play area, swimming pool, barbecue pits, Zen/yoga area and cabanas integrated within the landscaped podium.
The podium serves as a link with the promenade, where recreational and leisure activities take place.
Dubai Creek Harbour is set to welcome the first residents this year and several construction milestones have been achieved across the various residential developments, says the developer.
