Gulf Property Show will be back this year at The Avenues – Bahrain from November 6 to 9.
The event, organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), is the winter edition of Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for the real estate sector in the Northern Gulf held every April.
On the upcoming event, HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman said: “The 2019 edition of The Avenues event will build on the strengths of the Gulf Property Show brand. It has been an excellent platform for projects such as Golden Gate and El Mercado where investors are able to connect with developers and has become the real estate sector’s and the public’s property event of first choice.”
The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues carries the strategic sponsorship of Golden Gate Developers and First Bahrain Real Estate. “They were part of last year’s inaugural GPS at The Avenues; their sponsorship of the event offers them added value exposure for their marque projects.” stated Abdulrahman.
Exhibitions director Ahmed Suleiman said: “Real Estate companies are no strangers to exhibiting at malls around Bahrain. Unless they actively promote their presence, they may attract only the normal mall visitor traffic.”
“It is our strategy for the Gulf Property Show at The Avenues – Bahrain to market the event across the GCC to drive visitors to The Avenues specially for the expo,” stated Suleiman. “Visitors will be directed towards investment potential, specifically with developments such as Golden Gate Developers and the El Mercado Village.”
Meanwhile, major developers including Diyar Al Muharraq, Edamah, Dilmunia (Ithmaar Development), Golden Gate and First Bahrain Real Estate Development have been shortlisted for the Best Stand Design awards at Gulf Property Show 2019.
The list of nominees for the Best Stand Award at Gulf Property Show 2019 has been made public by HCE for voting to begin and the nominated designs are available online at the Gulf Property Show website www.gulfpropertyshow.net.
The final winner will be chosen by the public who can now vote online through the expo’s website www.gulfconstructionexpo.com, stated Abdulrahman.
The winner will be decided by public acclaim and votes can be cast via Facebook poll. Voting closes on September 12.
