Ritmonio, a leading Italian manufacturer of sanitary ware, says the choice of combinations afforded by its vast product portfolio enables designers to organise bathrooms in a functional and pleasant way and create a customised environment to satisfy every contemporary requirement.
To give further flexibility in design, the company has extended the range of colours, materials and shapes of taps, shower heads and shower columns it offers.
“The company has always taken into consideration the sensations, perceptions and positive emotions felt by people within the shower area in order to be able to offer flexible, versatile, linear and refined solutions, easily adaptable to different contexts, whether it is a home or a spa,” says a spokesman for Ritmonio.
In line with the current trends, the company has recently revised its Comandi Wellness line in order to provide a total custom-made experience. The Comandi Wellness series can be installed vertically or horizontally and has universal inner parts without finishing.
For some of its tap series, such as DOT316, Taormina, Haptic, Diametro35 and Diametro35 Inox, Ritmonio has introduced coordinated and aesthetic handles, while for others, minimal and neutral handles with round or square shapes have been created in order to blend with different forms.
The Diametro35 and Diametro35 Inox series are among Ritmonio’s water-saving products, characterised by the ECO water flow of less than nine litres per minute, and are designed to encourage environmentally responsible use of resources.
“The Diametro35 and Diametro35 Inox are enriched with new solutions and details, which can make the difference and allow for better customisation of the wellness room,” he says.
Harmonious geometries and a trendy design are the features that characterise the series, which today offer the possibility to have a longer lever on the basin mixer, exposed basin mixer and bidet – available for every model.
The Diametro35 collection is completed by a new built-in three-holes basin, available in six different finishes: white, black, chrome, brushed chrome, black chrome, and brushed black chrome.
The Haptic series, meanwhile, also offers handles in concrete, deriving from the Concrete concept, which involves the use of cement resins in the designer taps.
“Ritmonio is the only company in the industry that has thought and proposed the use of concrete for the control of the taps,” the spokesman says.
After a chromatic and stylistic study conducted by Ritmonio for new techniques to produce this material, the company recently launched production of these handles in different colours, inspired by natural scenery. Eight colours are available, namely Tramonto, Canyon, Oceano, Vulcano, Artide, Tundra, Amazzonia, and Sahara.
The Haptic series is, therefore, an innovative product that does away with the perception that concrete is a single-colour element connected to industrial environments, and focuses on creating components of great visual impact, perfect for interior design environments, he adds.
“In the handle – the control element and the real point of contact with the user – the tactile dimension of the concrete is emphasised and is perceived as soft, warm and almost sensual,” he adds.
Ritmonio also offers a choice of shower heads, shower columns, waterfalls and thermostatic mixers. There are several types of chromotherapy shower heads available; the rain, waterfall or fine mist spray jets release the energy of the water and are combined with coloured lights, increasing the bathing pleasure of the user. Thanks to their essential shapes, the shower columns provide the bathroom with a glamorous and refined appearance.
