Emerson, a global automation technology and engineering company, has announced the launch of a new range of refrigeration condensing units using the Copeland scroll compressor technology.

The launch was held on the sidelines of a seminar in Dubai, UAE, hosted by the Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions Middle East and Africa on cold chain and refrigeration which drew over 100 industry professionals – ranging from contractors and consultants to end users.

The event saw experts discuss cold chain challenges and solutions, scroll compressor technology, innovative and advanced features of scroll compressors for energy efficiency and system reliability, new refrigeration condensing units for food service and food retail applications.

The participants also recommended best installation practices and system controls for optimum efficiency and performance of refrigeration systems.

During the event, Emerson also honoured three contractors in recognition of their outstanding achievements and use of Emerson’s new and innovative condensing units with scroll compressors in major projects in the UAE.
