TWO major interior design events are coming together at Verona, Italy, this September to present a full-scale design forum for an international audience.
The 49th edition of Marmomacc, the international natural stone, design and technologies exhibition, and Abitare il Tempo, a pioneer in the international exhibition scene dedicated to interior design and furniture, will be held from September 24 to 27 at Palaexpo Exhibition Centre, Verona.
Organiser Veronafiere expects an international audience comprising designers, architects and contract sector operators to participate and find the best choice of materials, technologies, interior finishes and furniture in a full-scale design forum.
Staging the two shows concurrently allows Marmomacc to exhibit proposed settings using natural stone in terms of artefacts, design and furnishing in the hospitality segment, while Abitare il Tempo can target a larger audience of exhibitors and visitors, the organiser said.
In 2013, Marmomacc attracted a record number of 56,992 visitors, up by 8.81 per cent over the previous event.
