Sharjah Holding, a strategic partnership between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Sharjah Asset Management, is set to launch an elegant new clubhouse at its premier lifestyle destination Al Zahia.

Designed with all the sophistication of a private resort, The Clubhouse will offer two swimming pools, a signature restaurant, gym, and a multipurpose hall for events, games, classes, and communal activities.

The Clubhouse will be located at the heart of Al Zahia – Sharjah’s premier lifestyle destination – and reflects Al Zahia’s unique philosophy of placemaking.

Set to be completed by the third quarter of 2021, The Clubhouse will become an exclusive and well-appointed hub for residents within walking distance from all neighbourhoods within Al Zahia, acting as a central playground for all ages. The luxurious hub is located within the 18,000-sq-m Central Park joining the wider exclusive offerings at the Al Zahia community.
