Majid Al Futtaim Communities, a part of UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Properties, has announced an upgraded masterplan for Tilal Al Ghaf, its flagship community in Dubai.

The enhanced masterplan is set to further elevate Tilal Al Ghaf’s appeal as an exclusive resort-style community, according to Majid Al Futtaim Communities.

With the revised masterplan comes the introduction of the Lagoon Islands at Tilal Al Ghaf, an ultra-exclusive neighbourhood with expansive homes situated directly on the water and benefiting from private beach access.

In addition, Majid Al Futtaim Communities will soon launch an innovative new lifestyle proposition with homes designed to exist in perfect harmony with the natural environment. 

The Alaya neighbourhood, which is yet to be formally announced, will include sizeable luxurious villas. Designed to enhance residents’ lifestyles, with stylish interiors characterised by flowing spaces, the use of organic textures and high-quality natural finishes, and ample natural light.

The key highlights include a 50 per cent increase in the size of the recreational Tilal Al Ghaf Lagoon,  introduction of even more premium lifestyle amenities and 20 per cent more greenery, it states. Underlining the aim to support low-density housing, the increased greenery and community spaces will foster exclusivity and additional privacy for residents. It also means fewer vehicles, more open spaces, exceptional lifestyle and a cleaner environment. 

“The enhanced masterplan for Tilal Al Ghaf sets a new benchmark for luxurious and sustainable living in Dubai,” remarks its CEO Hawazen Esber. “Not only will future residents have immediate access to amenities one would expect at a premium resort, but will also benefit from their homes being surrounded by nature, with a lagoon just moments away,” states Esber.
