UAE-based developer ZāZEN Properties has announced that work is 85 per cent complete, as per the latest Rera inspection, and on track for the timely handover of its first project, ZāZEN One this month (January).

Getting its finishing touches in the vibrant JVT community, ZāZEN One offers niche community-centric living spaces with sustainability, design, and quality in mind. Four unit types are now available for viewing.

All 86 units at ZāZEN One are claimed to give families bigger living spaces with access to best-in-class facilities within the building and within the JVT community.

ZāZEN One offers a mix of one-, two, two-plus-maids, and three-bedroom plus maids room units, and a few exclusive duplex apartments.

Ranging from 881 to 2,803 sq ft, the new project offers one of the largest living spaces in the area. It is located directly off the main Al-Khail Highway, with schools, parks, and play areas within the community, and a new mall, and hotel just around the corner.
