Dubai master-developer Nakheel has awarded contracts for the construction of Jebel Ali Village, a new residential development in the emirate comprising luxury villas and townhouses, with green spaces and water features.

Nakheel has appointed iBuild Construction to build the villas and their infrastructure, while the construction of the townhouses and their infrastructure will be the responsibility of United Engineering Construction Company.

Jebel Ali Village is a gated community with amenities including green trails, cycling tracks, sports courts, children’s play areas, community parks and vegetable farm.
