Enabling works launched for Cayan Cantara

01 November 2015

Cayan Group, one of the Middle East’s leading real estate developers, has awarded the enabling package for its upcoming project in Dubai to Turkish group Zetas Zemin Teknolojisi.

Rising on Umm Suqeim Road, the group’s luxurious project Cayan Cantara will comprise branded residences and hotel apartments featuring unique design and facilities including retail shops, restaurants, a luxurious spa, a glass-walled swimming pool, a fitness centre, the highest outdoor screen and a conference hall, among others.

The residential tower consists of 42 floors with 407 luxurious residential units that house many key amenities such as retail outlets, cafes and swimming pools, gymnasiums. It will feature studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and penthouses.

A structural bridge connects the residential tower to the hotel apartments tower, which includes 34 floors with 308 units in variable sizes and layouts.

Officially unveiled at Cayan Group’s grand launch party in April this year, the project is being overseen by Nikken Sekkei as the international architects and Dewan Architects as the local architects.

Cayan Cantara’s site is currently witnessing different activities with the fencing work being completed while shoring, piling and excavation will follow soon.

The project is estimated to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.

On Zetas’ selection, Ahmed Alhatti, the president and chairman of Cayan Group, said: “It is in our spirit to deliver only the best to our clients and this is why we make sure to select the industry’s best for our projects; partners who match our values and understand the importance of client satisfaction.

“Cayan Cantara’s groundbreaking phase has already begun and with everything proceeding according to plan, we look forward to a timely delivery of a state-of-the-art project to our valued customers.”
