After capturing a significant share of the European market, Austria-based dsb is now targeting the fast-growing construction sector in the Middle East, with its innovative product range of high-quality mobile crushing and screening machines.
The company’s wide range of construction equipment includes mobile impact crushers and screens, which will be promoted at the Big 5 show this year in an attempt to secure potential business in the region.
Some of the high-quality products that it will offer at the show include the Innocrush range of impactors.
“Our new range of Innocrush impactors is extremely versatile and starts with a 30-tonne machine with an inlet of 1,000 by 580 mm and goes up to the heavy-duty 50 tonne impactor with an inlet of 1,260 by 1,060 mm,” says a company spokesman. “There is also a 35-tonne machine with an inlet of 1,250 by 705 mm. Both the screens are adjusted to the dsb impactors in terms of capacity and flexibility although they can be used with other machines as well as being stand-alone.”
The Innocrush 30 is optimised for performance and transportability. Offering the biggest capacity in relation to the weight of the machine in its class, this two-swing-beam impact has a capacity of 300 tonnes per hour, ensures a short assembly and dismantling time, and features hydraulic monitoring of the main discharge belt to guarantee disruption-free work and high availability of the machine.
The Innocrush 35 boasts robustness, quality and performance and is optimised for performance, thanks to the large loading opening and its strong motor, which guarantee the maximum throughput. The hydraulic gap adjustment, a twelve-channel radio remote control and a clear operator desk are just a few of the features that underline the user-friendliness of this machine, says the spokesman.
“The Innocrush 50 is designed for large tasks, having a capacity of more than 400 tonne per hour. It is ideally suited to recycling companies and quarrying companies. The heavy-duty two-deck screen separates material that is already the size of the end grain and transports it past the crusher or conveys it to a heap of its own through the discharge belt at the side,” he explains.
“All Innocrush and Innoscreen machines are user-friendly and extremely functional with no sophisticated electronics or complicated control systems used, which leaves the operator free to concentrate on the main business of crushing and screening at the construction site. These machines are fully based on hydraulics and have a Caterpillar engine. A radio remote for automatic operation is a standard feature in their design. They are also easy to service, robust and offer high-quality operation and guarantees long service life with a short payback period,” adds the spokesperson.
Headquartered in Linz in Upper Austria, dsb specialises in high-quality products, has an international marketing network and an experienced after-sales service team, supported by the availability of machine components worldwide.
With strong sales partners in the global market, dsb is currently looking forward to emulate in the Middle East the success it has enjoyed in European markets with its crushing and screening machine range.
