Saudi Arabia-based Al Nafea Trading Establishment, a pioneer in the office partitioning and interior decoration segment of the kingdom, is keenly eyeing a share in the numerous hospitality projects that are coming up in the Makkah and Madinah region.
The company says that its new range of flooring systems have been well received in the local markets and it hopes to achieve the same levels of success in the regional markets as well.
The company’s Burmatex Tivoli 24 heavy contract loose-lay carpet tiles are manufactured using a blend of fine and coarse fibres comprising 15 per cent nylon and 85 per cent polypropylene needled with a heavy Anchorite "B" backing containing a glassfibre scrim. With a 500 mm by 500 mm size, and a total thickness of 6.9 mm, these tiles are available in cartons containing 20 tiles with a total weight of 4,040 grammes per sq m. Its product range will also include the Burmatex antistatic carpet tiles, manufactured in accordance to British specifications and available in different designs.
Since 1978, Al Nafea Trading Establishment has been continuously offering products of high quality and standards which include office partitions, WC cubicles, vinyl wall covering paper, carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, vinyl floor coverings and glass blocks.
“Over the years, the company has installed thousands of linear square metres of partitioning systems in the kingdom for various major projects for governments, banks, hospitals, universities and private sectors,” says a spokesman for the Riyadh-based company. “Our partitioning systems have been modified to suit the needs and requirements of the customers and are available as demountable and relocatable in monobloc, gypsum board, medium density fibreboard (MDF), steel sheet covered and glazed finishes. In addition, the company also deals with a variety of vinyl wallpapers for partitions and walls.”
The company’s Netflor low-profile raised flooring system, which has been widely accepted in the market, can provide routing of cable and installation of sockets with relative ease. It is available in low-profile height sizes of 60 mm or 90 mm, which means it can installed in any room of any height. Since its interlocking modular grid system is loose-laid, it does not require any specialised tools to install. Netfloor is also lightweight and portable and allows flexibility and versatility. Panels may be reused, re-sited and easily reconfigured when necessary and can expand or contract according to requirement.
In addition, the company’s Aquaroc laminated and waterproofed WC cubicles, showers and changing room partitions, which are available in different thickness, comply with European EN-438 standards. The company also undertakes the supply and installation of Buflon Solsilence soundproof sheet floorcovering that is treated against fungi, bacteria and static and has been specifically manufactured for use in clinics, hospitals and schools.
“We are committed to development and to satisfy our customers at all times through our professional and qualified engineers. Our customers are always our reference for quality, safety, style and elegance,” he points out.
