German boutique developer Bavaria Gulf last month launched the first Phase of Sandoval Apartments at Dubai’s Jumeirah Village.

The project comprises a total of 165 apartments ranging from 680 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft, which will be certified by TUV quality evaluators.
This project consists of seven ground-plus-four buildings that will include 57 studio, 81 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom and 10 special duplex apartments.
