Innovations in store as EHS unleashes Titans

01 April 2008

The UK-based EHS International intends to launch a number of new eco-friendly and innovative products this year in order to maintain its position as a leading supplier of specialist air treatment systems across the world.

EHS products – sold under the unique Prem-I-Air and Prem-I-Air Elite ranges – enjoy a large and varied market. Its clients include a number of specialists in equipment hire, electrical wholesale, air-conditioning and more recently web-based companies selling part or all of its large and growing portfolio, says a spokesman for the company.
The company is currently promoting its latest range, the Titan-Cool air-conditioners, which – although designed primarily for the hire industry – is extremely versatile and robust and can also be used for spot or process cooling.
"The Titan Cool range provides spot cooling for large areas where cooling of the entire area is not feasible. This air conditioner can also be used in smaller areas, with the room cooling thermostatically controlled feature," says the spokesman. "The sales team at EHS, working under the direction of sales managers Simon Clarke and Darryl Redfearn, is on hand to advise on any of our range especially the latest edition, the large and aptly titled Titan-Cool."
Sourced from its South Korean factory and the result of technical collaboration with customers in Australia, Malaysia, Korea and Japan, the unit is available in model sizes TC21, TC25 and for 2008 the TC32, providing cooling capacities of 6.1 kW, 7.3 kW and 9.4 kW respectively.
Titan-Cool industrial air-conditioners are designed for a wide range of applications including portable air-conditioning, computer rooms, industrial kitchens, hospitals, sports rooms, process cooling, multiple factory offices, laboratories, emergency cooling, temporary office cooling and marquee cooling.
EHS International is the worldwide supplier of Prem-I-Air air-conditioners, evaporative coolers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, air purifiers, fans and heaters. The company started operations in 1987 to supply the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) trade primarily in the UK but soon opened a small export operation concentrating on the emerging markets in Africa. The company acquired Aquamajor 10 years later, thus setting the foundations for its present status as a market leader in the supply of non-installed air-conditioners, dehumidifiers, spot heaters and other air treatment products, not only in the home market but to customers worldwide.
EHS International has now established offices in China to control sourcing and quality as well as new product development since most of its products are manufactured in the Far East. This facility also allows some larger customers to enjoy the benefits of volume purchasing, under their own brand if required, without the need to spend time and money in what is for many still a daunting and complex process.
