BAU draws 211,000 visitorsBAU 2009 — a biennial trade fair for architecture, materials and systems — held in the German city of Munich from January 17 to 22, attracted 211,000 visitors this year. The theme for the show was energy-efficient and sustainable buildings.

Expo Centre Sharjah will host Gulf Glass 2009 — the third glass, machinery, equipment and materials exhibition, and the only event dedicated to the industry in the region — from March 16 to 18. It will be held in conjunction with the DWRW event (Doors and Windows, Roofs and Walls Middle East).
