Hotel developers continue to bet on the region as a must-go destination for business and leisure.






Designers from the US-headquartered Wilson Associates are currently creating stunning architectural interiors for some of the luxury hotels and resorts coming up in the Middle East. Among them are two key projects in the UAE: the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, and the Vivanta by Taj, Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai.






At least six hotels – three of which are located on The Palm Jumeirah – are currently being built in Dubai using formwork systems from Paschal-Werk G Maier, according to Amir Delghandi, general director – Middle East from the local office of the German formwork specialist.

French porcelain manufacturer Bernardaud has opened its first boutique in the UAE at The Dubai Mall. The new boutique offers Middle Eastern customers the best in porcelain from Limoges, a city in southwest-central France known for its decorated porcelain.
