In a bid to promote sustainable living, Dubai Properties has officially unveiled the Middle East’s largest living green wall at Dubai Wharf, located in the heart of Culture Village overlooking the historic Dubai Creek.

Damac Properties says it has completed the raft foundation work for tower B of Aykon City, its multi-tower master development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE. Work on the foundation saw over 200,000 cu ft of concrete poured within a 24-hour period, the same amount required to fill 75 swimming pools, says Damac.

UAE-based Sooma Real Estate Developer has announced the completion of Al Fouad, one of the first ready residential buildings located in Al Furjan, a 5.6-million-sq-m master-development by  Nakheel. The ready-to-move-in Al Fouad development houses 105 apartments all with Dewa connection in place.

Master developer Nakheel says it is assessing 11 proposals for the construction of Dragon Towers, its twin-building residential complex in the Dragon City community in Dubai, UAE. The lowest bid is seen at just under Dh650 million ($177 million).

Aldar Properties was due to start handover the  four- and five-bedroom villas within its Dh3.2-billion ($871 million) West Yas community in Abu Dhabi, UAE, last month. The handover is to be undertaken in phases – the first of which comprises 300 villas – and will continue 2018, according to Aldar.
