Two key Dubai projects being developed by UAE master developer Nakheel – Dragon Towers and Palm360 – have marked key milestones with the recent appointment of contractors to move ahead with their construction.

Condor Building Contracting has been appointed the main contractor for Bella Rose, an 18-storey residential building launched recently by Deyaar Development in Dubai Science Park.

Abu Dhabi’s National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) says it is working on a Dh985.17-million ($268 million) contract for the expansion of Khalifa Port in the UAE capital.  The Khalifa Port’s free zone includes around 40 companies in different business segments, such as industrial and commercial businesses.

Al Jimi Mall ...the expansion will add a further 65 stores.
