Australia-based heavy lifting tower crane specialist Marr Contracting (The Men from Marr’s), recently completed a world-record lift during the construction of the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge in Turkey.
Two tower cranes from Wolffkran Arabia are currently working on a residential building in Downtown Dubai that will offer direct views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. The 58-storey Burj Royale, being developed by Emaar, will contain a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Manitowoc has updated its free diagnostic app to include Crane Control System (CCS)-equipped Potain tower cranes, helping operators to interpret diagnostic codes generated by on-board control systems and reduce machine downtime. The app already supports many Grove, Manitowoc and National Crane cranes.
