Eagle Hills Diyar, the pioneer behind the iconic Marassi Al Bahrain, said Marassi Park, a residential development on the Grand Boulevard at Diyar Al Muharraq, has reached 40 per cent of construction, with completion set for end of Q3, 2023. The 10-storey building is currently cast up to level 9.

Work on the Oman Botanic Garden, the first-of-its-kind development in the region, is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, a report said. The 423-hectare project, located 35 km from Muscat between the mountains and wadis of the Al Khoudh area in the Wilayat of Al Seeb, is progressing well, said the Oman Daily Observer report.
