EFG Hermes, a leading investment bank in the Arab world, has appointed HC Securities and Investment as the independent financial advisor (IFA) to opine on the fair value of the stock and the fairness of the offer.

 

The appointment follows the resolutions reached by the board recently concerning the voluntary tender offer submitted to the EFSA to buy up to 20 per cent of the company’s shares, said the report.

 

The board has commissioned HC Securities and Investments to produce the reports and it will announce the results together with its opinion thereon, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
