Elm Company lists on Saudi Exchange’s main market
RIYADH, February 16, 2022
The Saudi Exchange today welcomed Elm Company, which is specialised in the field of digital solutions with a wide range of diverse and flexible business models, as it listed on the Saudi Exchange’s Main Market.
The listing ceremony was attended by Mohammed Al Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange; Raed Bin Ahmed, Chairman of Board of Directors of Elm Company; board members of Saudi Exchange and Elm and other officials.
Al Rumaih said: “We are delighted to welcome the second listing in the Main Market on the Saudi Exchange in 2022. We had a rewarding year in 2021 and look forward to many more listings as we look to diversify our market offering and remain the issuers’ exchange of choice and a prime destination for investors looking to expand their portfolios.
