A worker with one of the subcontracted construction companies at Diyar Al Muharraq project died in an on-site accident, the company said.

A Diyar Al Muharraq statement said the accident was caused by human error.

It said it was the first time that such a tragic accident has taken place on site and the company adheres to all safety and security measures and guidelines are given to all subcontractors working on the site.

In the statement, Diyar Al Muharraq said the safety of all staff members whether direct employees or those working for subcontractors on the site has always been a major priority, thus the company spares no effort in ensuring a safe working environment. - TradeArabia News Service
