Egypt's second-largest listed property developer, Palm Hills, is set to deliver 1,800 housing units this year as per schedule, said a report.

This marks an increase over last year when 1,540 units were handed over, reported Amwal Alghad, citing a senior official.

However, the total number of contracts has declined by five per cent this year, stated Tarek Abdelrahman, the executive director at Palm Hills Development Company.

Palm Hills is keen on delivering the units to its clients on schedule, said Abdelrahman.
