Golden Gate marks record residential building concrete pour

Golden Gate, a major real estate development company in Bahrain, has just completed a major milestone in its quest to build Bahrain’s tallest residential landmark.
After months of meticulous planning, Phase One of the largest residential building concrete pour was completed in what will last 65 hours at a depth of 3.2 m utilising over 200 workers, 900 cement trucks, over 7,900 cu m of concrete and 1,500 tonnes of steel.
Commenting on this iconic achievement, Anas Al Kooheji, executive director and board member at Golden Gate, said: “We are honoured and thankful for the confidence placed in us by our partners and investors. We will continue to reach for new heights as we work towards completing the Golden Gate project.”

The Golden Gate project is being implemented by a global joint venture partnership between Kooheji’s Golden Gate Developers, India’s Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing Group.
The project consists of two towers that include the tallest freehold residential tower in Bahrain.
With 140,000 sq m of built-up space, the premium development will provide residents luxury canal and seaside living and access to a wealth of amenities.-TradeArabia News Service
