The 12th edition of Bahrain International Exhibition (Bipex), a key property event, is being officially launched in December with a revamped brand identity and strategic direction at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre.

The expo, which runs from December 7 to 9, will highlight innovation and digital solutions for the real estate sector in the Mena region, said the organisers Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), a premier body representing engineering professionals in the kingdom.

It is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The three-day event will have an extensive daily schedule of events focusing on the theme of real estate and innovation, in alignment with the new strategic direction for its 12th edition.

According to BSE, the Bipex platform is currently expanding; not only will it bring together exhibitors from Bahrain and the region to showcase projects launched at a regional and international level, but will connect multi-disciplinary experts to engage and discuss the key trends transformation the future of real estate.

Strategic events are being planned are in partnership with various entities such as The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), The Bahrain FinTech Bay, and local charity organizations, it stated.

The lineup of events will be revealed in the upcoming weeks targeted towards distinct target audiences from the real estate industry, the startup community, and university students in Bahrain, said the organisers.

In addition, Bipex will host a two-day conference that will address a broad range of conceptual and practical issues relating to residential and commercial real estate.

Attendees from all fields of the real estate industry including development, distribution, and investment will be taking part, said BSE in its statement.

In addition to the exhibition, the ‘The Bipex Forums’ act as a channel to facilitate interactive dialogue amongst all stakeholders of the real estate industry in Bahrain, and enable them to elaborate on the recent macroeconomic global developments, and industry trends to provide a better understanding of its impact on future and ongoing developments projects, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
