Golden Gate, a major real estate development company in Bahrain, will be launching a special offer for its premium development coming up at Bahrain Bay during the Gulf Property Show at The Avenues event in the kingdom.

 

The event, organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), is the winter edition of Gulf Property Show, a boutique showcase for real estate sector in the Northern Gulf held every April.

 

Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) CEO Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa will preside over the formal opening of the event which runs until November 9.

 

The exclusive Golden Days offer will be open to all those who book their units during the four days of the exhibition only, said the statement from the Bahraini developer.

 

As a major sponsor, Golden Gate's participation at the Gulf Property Show mall event is significant for both Bahraini Gulf investors as well as all other nationalities who will visit the top event.

 

Vice president of sales and marketing Eman Al Mannai said: "We will present the Golden Gate project, which is only a few steps away from the complex and visitors can see its foundations rising from the ground with a tower that will be the highest freehold residential tower in the Bahrain."

 

Lucrative deals await future home owners of Golden Gate at the expo from November 6 to 9, stated Al Mannai.
