DUBAI, November 9, 2019
The third Housing, Building Materials, Decoration & Engineering Consultancy Exhibition (DecoBuild 2019) ended on a successful note having witnessed the largest participation ever since its inauguration.
A new record has been achieved by DecoBuild 2019 in terms of the number of participating companies and exhibitors which reached 58 companies, up 12 per cent compared to the previous editions.
Also, the exhibition, held in Dubai, UAE, maintained its strong momentum with attendance of thousands of visitors.
This demonstrates the strength and stability of the most prominent real estate event across the country and the region.
Organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), the four-day event was a perfect hub for major engineering and consulting companies and contractors as well as workers in the field of building materials, decoration, interior finishes, and furniture, where they offered a variety of financing solutions and products that cater for the needs of all community members.
This has contributed to overcoming all hurdles facing citizens in order to obtain their real estate finance, in addition to providing housing solutions to them, according to their desires, needs, and financial capabilities, said the statement from MRHE.
DecoBuild 2019 was also a good opportunity for visitors to learn closely about the latest residential models and designs, as well as the best building materials, it added.
CEO Sami Gargash said: "The 4,000 sq m exhibition has witnessed the conclusion of a considerable number of deals, achieving its sought-after strategic objectives."
"This is why, the MRHE was keen on organizing the third consecutive edition in the wake of the remarkable success of the first two editions, by embracing everything that cater for the needs of our citizens and their future house under one roof including a large number of suppliers, consultants and engineering companies, architecture and design companies, and government bodies," he added.
Expressing their happiness with the participation in DecoBuild 2019, a number of the participating companies stressed that the exhibition has succeeded in promoting and boosting their companies’ position for several reasons. The first is that DecoBuild 2019 was an ideal platform for showcasing the state-of-art technologies and innovative services in contracting, construction, decoration, electrical, lighting, gardens, swimming pools and engineering consultancy.
They underlined their eagerness to participate in the next editions of the exhibition, as it constitutes an important hub for meeting with consultants and contractors, and introducing the services provided by their companies to the exhibition visitors, said the organisers.
This has helped them to develop their business through direct contact with customers.
