Leading global pump manufacturer Putzmeister has developed a new app that will help operators and service technicians get help in their daily work with the machines.

 

Putzmeister manufactures machinery of high technological quality in the fields of concrete conveying, truck-mounted concrete pumps, stationary concrete pumps, placing booms and accessories, plant technology, conveying viscous industrial materials 

 

The new Experts App summarizes the global know-how of the pump manufacturer in helpful videos, documents and calculators. Especially operators and service technicians profit from the app and get help in their daily work with the machines, said the company in a statement. 

 

They can access detailed information on machine functions, instructions for the correct installation and operation of Putzmeister machines, tips on maintenance and problem solving as well as information on accessories around the clock, it added.

 

With the new update there is now the possibility of a full text search to find content easy and fast. In addition, the update allows you to select the required local unit (imperial units for the US market, metric units for the rest of the world) for using the calculator. 

 

Headquartered at Aichtal in southern Germany, Putzmeister boasts a 2,916-strong workforce and had a turnover of €702 million ($836 million) last year.-TradeArabia News Service
